Photography workshop by Thomas H Johnson
The photographer Thomas H. Johnson is going host a photographic workshop in Motala, Sweden in march 2011.
The focus will be subjective documentary photography with a personal, narrative touch and is addressed to photographers who plan their own exhibtions or books.

175 films from 51 countries, including 16 world premieres, will screen at the 21st Stockholm Film Festival which started yesterday and will be running until november 28.

often been referred as "Venice of the North". Stockholm offers an extremely varied scenery in every direction; museums, theatres, sights, attractions, traditional handicraft, contemporary design - whatever you are interested in.

Paul von Riel - Latest Photobook
Paul von Riel`s latest photobook "Cello - Amsterdamse Cello Biënnale" has just been released. All the pictures are taken during the second Amsterdamse Cello Biënnale in 2008. Portrait Photography without rules
Two wednesday nights in november Johan Bergmark and Cato Lein will hold a lecture at Galleri Kontrast in Stockholm and share their best portrait photography tips. The theme of the evening is "Portrait Photography without rules" - Both share they way of working; preferably humans and almost only black and white. The first lecture is 10th november at 18.30; the second 17th november same time. Free admission for members of the Gallery; for others 60SEK.

Frans Lanting Images at NordicPhotos
From 26th to 28th november it is once again time for the Photographer's Fair “Fotomässan” in Stockholm. This year the fair will be attended by one of the world's most famous nature photographers, Frans Lanting from California. He is employed photographer at the well-known monthly magazine National Geographic and received many awards for his images. At the fair, his best images will be displayed and you will have the chance to listen to a lecture from him about his travel adventures.
NordicPhotos represents Robert Harding in Sweden, Iceland, Norway, Denmark and Finland.
